Lotsa Motsa Kit - Makes 30 Batches of Fresh Mozzarella and Ricotta
The Lotsa Motsa Kit has been providing most beginners with their first cheese experience.
Mozzarella is fun because you can make it in 1 hour or less.
You will see the results without having to wait for a few days or weeks to eat your delicious creations.
All you will need to provide is the milk. The kit will take care of everything else!
THIS KIT INCLUDES:
Enough ingredients to make mozzarella 30 times. For every batch, you'll get 400 - 500 grams of cheese. That means 1 jug of milk (1 gal or 4L) = makes approx. 500 grams of cheese.
