Description: This culture is ideally suited for fresh cheese, fermented milk products such as sour cream, buttermilk and cultured butter. Due to its fast citrate fermentation, the culture forms a medium aroma (diacetyl) and very fast C02 (gas production).
It is also known as Aroma B or Flora Danica.
Culture Storage: 18 months from date of production at temperatures below 4°C (39°F).
